1. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to participate in any challenges.

• By using the platform, you confirm that all personal information submitted is accurate and up to date.

• Participants are responsible for ensuring their actions comply with local laws and public safety rules when performing challenges.

2. How Challenges Work

• To participate in a challenge, users must unlock it by submitting a minimum donation (starting from €5) to the platform.

• Each challenge has specific rules, deadlines, and completion criteria (e.g., number of views, public performance, or task completion).

• Users must submit valid proof (e.g., video, screenshots, or post links) before the stated deadline to be eligible for rewards.

• Submissions are reviewed by the platform team or designated community moderators. Approval is subject to review quality and adherence to challenge rules.

3. Rewards & Payments

• Successfully completing a challenge earns you a reward in $BOBLS tokens (e.g., equivalent to €20).

• Rewards are non-guaranteed and depend on:

  • Proper proof of completion

  • Reaching required performance milestones (e.g., view count)

  • Adherence to challenge rules

• Rewards are distributed to the participant’s connected wallet within 7–14 days of approval.

• If a challenge is not successfully completed, no refund is provided. Your entry fee supports the community fund.

4. Multiple Entries & Limited Winners

• A single challenge may be purchased by multiple users, but only those who fully complete it are eligible to earn rewards.

• Challenge limits and caps may apply depending on the specific mission.

5. Community Fund & Platform Sustainability

• Entry fees from failed or incomplete challenges are retained by the platform to:

  • Reward successful participants

  • Fund future promotions

  • Support operational costs

• The community fund may also be used for sponsored events, development, or community-led initiatives.

6. Premium Features & Monetization

• Users may access additional services including:

  • Challenge visibility boosts

  • Coaching and tips

  • Featured placement in the challenge feed

• The platform may earn revenue through:

  • Premium upgrades

  • Commission on user-created marketplace challenges

  • Sponsored/branded challenges

7. Content Guidelines

• All challenge submissions must be safe, non-offensive, and legal.

• Submissions must not contain hate speech, nudity, violence, or promote dangerous behavior.

• Content must clearly feature $Bobls branding where required (e.g., coin image, hashtag, logo, etc.).

• By submitting your content, you grant $Bobls the non-exclusive right to reuse, repost, or showcase your content for promotional purposes.

8. Community Conduct

• Users are expected to engage respectfully with the platform and community.

• Spamming, harassment, abuse, or manipulation of the platform will result in a ban and forfeiture of any rewards.

• Raiding or mass promotion must align with provided guidelines and ethical use of social media.

9. Disclaimer

• Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

• $Bobls is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from challenge attempts or content submission.

• Cryptocurrency rewards may fluctuate in value. The platform does not guarantee any fixed financial return or investment outcome.

10. Changes to Terms

• These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any new terms.
